Hello there! I’m Thea, the proud owner of Thea's Hairdressing, your go to mobile hairdresser that brings professional, tailored hair services right to your doorstep.
My journey in the hair industry began at the young age of 15 when I took my first step as a Saturday girl in a local salon. It was then, when I was surrounded by the sounds of scissors snipping and the hum of blow dryers, that I discovered my passion for transforming hair into art. After completing secondary school, I made a choice to pursue my dream further by enrolling in an intensive three-year apprenticeship program.
With dedication and a love for my craft, I achieved NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Hairdressing, along with an NVQ Level 2 in Barbering. This extensive training not only honed my skills but also deepened my understanding of styling, cutting, and coloring techniques, ensuring I could cater to every client’s unique needs.
In August 2021, I took the exhilarating leap of faith to establish my own mobile hairdressing business. Transitioning from a traditional salon setting to becoming a self-employed mobile hairdresser was one of the most empowering decisions I’ve ever made. Now, I have the privilege of bringing my passion and expertise directly to you, in the comfort of your own home.
